Vegetation & Wetlands

February 4, 2020 by

Wetlands are critical habitat for fish, birds and other wildlife and provide important environmental and socio-economic benefits. There are a variety of laws and regulations that govern activities on or near wetlands. Hatfield’s expertise encompasses regulatory support; wetland delineation, classification, and assessment; hydrology; restoration; compensation habitat; and integrated wetland monitoring programs. We use innovative tools to collect, manage, and analyze wetland data, including drones and LiDAR, telemetry, enabled monitoring networks, and environmental data management systems.

Why Hatfield?

Hatfield’s multi-disciplinary services support clients in protecting and maintaining wetland environmental and social values, while ensuring they develop and operate in a safe and cost-effective manner. We help our clients exceed regulatory requirements by applying best practices throughout all phases of development.
