Hatfield presenting at the ESCA BC Conference

On Thursday, October 25th, Hatfield will be presenting as part of the Erosion and Sediment Control Association of BC Conference at the Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre – 405 North Road, Coquitlam.

Terra Schott, Manager of Construction Monitoring, will be representing Hatfield as she participates at the 10:15 AM, Session 5 Discussion: Construction Projects and the Importance of Communication – Contractor and Environmental Consultant.

The presentation will focus on communication and how it applies to Construction Projects. Terra Schott has experience in both the planning and execution phase and has encountered many situations where effective communication or lack of has contributed to both successes and failures. The purpose of the examples she will use will offer information to environmental consultants, owners and contractors in hopes that more success stories can be told. Ms Schott will present ideas on ways to communicate within the project team from inception to completion, elaborating on building relationships and creating an environment of collaboration and team building.
