PT Hatfield Indonesia (PTHI) recently passed its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems certification audit. This designation asserts PTHI’s commitment to quality and demonstrates that PTHI has formal systems in place to provide quality services. The PTHI’s Quality Manual has established procedures for document control, staff training, continual improvement and for monitoring customer satisfaction.

Under the PTHI Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System Procedures are in place for repeated activities to ensure that project deliverables are consistently of the highest possible quality. Process and surveillance audits are undertaken regularly to ensure that staff are fully compliant with PTHI’s Quality Manual.
Activities undertaken to maintain our ISO 9001: 2008 registration directly support Hatfield’s Quality Mission Statement:
