Hatfield is ISO 9001:2000 registered

Hatfield recently obtained certification in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems. This designation demonstrates that Hatfield has formal systems in place to monitor and improve activities related to providing our clients with the best possible service. The Hatfield Quality Management Plan has established procedures to develop consistent record keeping, perform document control, monitor the quality of our consulting services, and review customer satisfaction.
The impetus for Hatfield to become registered originated with the Sea-to-Sky Highway Project, where all companies in the consortium were required to be ISO 9001:2000 compliant. As the Environmental Manager for the project, Hatfield developed a Quality Management Plan (QMP) for environmental design and management responsibilities. This plan ensures that records and documents are properly reviewed and stored, project staff are trained and supported for designated activities, and that project deliverables are of the highest possible quality. Process and surveillance audits are regularly undertaken to ensure that adequate training is being undertaken and procedures defined in the QMP are being implemented.
Activities undertaken to maintain our ISO 9001:2000 registration directly support Hatfield’s Quality Mission Statement:
