Hatfield’s New Office in Indonesia

Apr 15 2008

Hatfield has operated a full-time office in Indonesia for more than 18 years, providing environmental consulting services to industry, government agencies, NGOs and international development organizations. PT Hatfield Indonesia has grown significantly in the past 5 years, resulting in the need to relocate to a new, larger office in the city of Bogor, West Java. On April 18th, the Ambassador of Canada, his Excellency John Holmes, officially opened the office in the company of the Canadian Trade Commissioner, clients (past and present), and partners from the Indonesian Institute of Science and Bogor Agriculture University.

At the opening ceremony for the new office, Thomas Boivin, President of Hatfield Consultants stated:

“Success over the last 18 years has put PT Hatfield Indonesia in a very strong position to take advantage of new opportunities; the company has strong management, experience and well qualified staff, a strong reputation for providing quality work, and an excellent new office which will facilitate growth – the future is bright indeed.”

Since 1990, Hatfield Indonesia has provided a range of services to multinational corporations and non-governmental organizations alike in mining, forestry, oil and gas, pulp and paper, power generation, manufacturing, development, and fisheries and aquaculture sectors.
